§ 76-47. Grantees subject to resolutions, rules, regulations and specifications, regulating street work.

Grantees are subject to all requirements of the county resolutions, rules, regulations, and specifications including, but not limited to, those concerning street work, street excavation, use, removal and relocation of property within a street, and other street work.
