§ 76-48. Rights reserved to county.

There is hereby reserved to the county every right and power which is required to be herein reserved or provided by any state statute or resolution of the county, and grantees, by their acceptance of the rights granted hereunder, agree to be bound thereby, and to comply with any action or requirement of the county in its exercise of any right or power. Further, the rights granted hereunder shall not preclude the county from granting to any other person a right to provide similar services in the unincorporated areas of the county.
