§ 70-110. Unauthorized burning.

No person shall knowingly and without authority, by means of fire or explosive, cause any burning of any material including, but not limited to, those materials described in section 70-109 on the land or premises now or in the future designated as a sanitary landfill site; nor shall any person knowingly or without authority start or maintain any fire or other burning on the land or premises now or in the future designated as a sanitary landfill site.
