§ 70-111. Moving equipment.

No person shall knowingly and without authority employ any means to move or relocate or otherwise cause any transportation of any heavy equipment or machinery including, but not limited to, trucks, bulldozers, graders, or other motorized vehicles located on the land or premises, now or in the future, designated as a sanitary landfill site.
