§ 70-109. Scavenging.

No person shall knowingly and without authority remove any material from the land or premises now or in the future designed as a sanitary landfill site including, but not limited to, material constituting residential and commercial solid waste, trash, tin cans, glass bottles, garbage, rubbish, discarded materials, sand, gravel, slag, or other refuse.
