§ 70-108. Trespassing.

No person shall knowingly and without authority enter upon the land or premises, now or in the future, designed as a sanitary landfill site without the express permission of the director of public works or his delegate; nor shall any person knowingly and without authority remain upon the land or premises, now or in the future, designed as a sanitary landfill site, after the permission of the director of the department of public works or his delegate has been withdrawn.
