§ 162-37. Joint inspection by engineers.

After the utility company has been given the information prescribed in section 162-36, it shall designate one of its engineers to serve with the county engineer in making a joint inspection of the improvement, at which time a decision shall be made between the engineers concerning which poles are to be moved and which, if any, are located on existing right-of-way.
