§ 146-32. Departmental regulations.

The rules and regulations of the Fulton County Police Department approved by the board of commissioners July 25, 1979, and effective August 15, 1979, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. Copies of those regulations are on file in the police department and in the office of the clerk of the board of commissioners.
