§ 106-44. Appeals from board's decision.
The electrical contractor shall have the right to appeal the action of the electrical advisory board in revoking or suspending his right to do electrical work in Fulton County to the board of commissioners by filing in the office of the clerk of the board of commissioners his appeal in writing within five days from the date of the revocation. The board of commissioners shall hold a hearing on the appeal which shall be de novo, and the board may either affirm or reverse the action of the electrical advisory board. If the decision is adverse to the appellant, he may certiorari the decision of the board of commissioners to the Superior Court of Fulton County, all as provided by law.
