§ 106-43. Disciplinary authority.
(a)
The director of inspections and permits shall have the authority to suspend or revoke the right of any electrical worker in Fulton County whose work shall be of such inferior quality as to suggest incompetency or neglect. The director of inspections and permits shall specify in writing to the contractor the charges on which the suspension or revocation of the contractor's right to do work in Fulton County is based. The contractor shall have five days in which to appeal any suspension or revocation to the electrical advisory board. The electrical advisory board shall set a time and place at which a hearing shall be held on such charges. A notice of the hearing giving the time and place shall be given not less than ten days prior to the hearing.
(b)
The electrical advisory board shall make findings of fact as to the charges which have been preferred against the electrical contractor, and, if the charges are found to be true, the board shall sustain the suspension or revocation of the contractor's right to do work in Fulton County.
