Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 30-2. Same—Supplemental authority.
The Commissioners of Roads and Revenues of Fulton County shall have the power and authority to conduct recreational programs in cities of said county having a population of not more than 5,000 persons, according to the last or any future federal census, provided the city in which said program is conducted shall bear at least one-half of the total cost of said program, and provided further, the cost to Fulton County in any one year for the program conducted in any such city shall not exceed the sum of $5,000.00.
