Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 30-1. Operation of recreational programs in cities with less than 5,000 population—Generally.
Latest version.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this [state] constitution, Fulton County may, with the consent of the city involved, operate recreational programs in any city lying wholly or partially within such county and having a population of 5,000 or less, according to the present or future United States census.
