§ 82-66. Persons responsible for violations.

Responsibility for failure to comply with the requirements of this article, or any ordinance, rule, or regulation relating to the system or the use of water therefrom, and responsibility for the violation of any provision thereof, shall be upon the owner and the tenant as well as upon the individual guilty of the violation.
