§ 82-64. Discontinuance of service.

Latest version.

If the sums due for water service are not paid by the due date, the water may be cut off from the service to the owner or tenant of the premises. No claim for damage, therefore, shall be urged or claimed by the owner or tenant on account of discontinuance of water service. Fulton County may discontinue service to any customer found to be delinquent on any water or sewer account.
