§ 82-63. Extension of water pipes inside county by person at his own expense.

All contracts made between the county and persons who, at their own expense, desire
the county to extend water pipes inside the county service area shall provide that
the design shall be approved and the cost of the extension shall be estimated by the
department of water resources, and the amount of such estimate shall thereupon be
paid into the county treasury. The work of the extension shall then be done by the
county, and subsequent connections to the pipes shall be made only upon permission
of the county and upon any terms as the county may, at the time, prescribe.
