§ 82-55. Unauthorized possession of fire hydrant meter

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any unauthorized fire hydrant meter.. Fire hydrant meters shall be installed by the department of water resources after the requesting party makes proper application and pays applicable fees. The hydrant meter shall be installed as close as possible to the requested location.
