§ 76-50. Failure of grantee to complete required street work.

Upon failure of grantees to complete any work required by law or by the provisions of this article to be done in any street, within the time prescribed, and to the satisfaction of the county, the county may cause this work to be done, and grantees shall pay the county the cost thereof in the itemized amount reported to grantees within 30 days after receipt of the itemized report.
