§ 76-37. Supervision by the county.

(a)

The grantee shall construct, operate, and maintain the CATV system, subject to the supervision of all of the authorities of the county who have jurisdiction in such matters, and in strict compliance with all laws, resolutions, departmental rules, and regulations.

(b)

The CATV system and all parts thereof shall be subject to the right of periodic inspection by the county.

(c)

The county manager may from time to time issue any reasonable rules and regulations concerning the construction, operation, and maintenance of the CATV system as are consistent with the provisions of this article.

(d)

Technical disputes concerning compliance with FCC technical standards and other agreed upon technical matters between the county and the grantee shall be resolved by submission to arbitration pursuant to the terms of section 76-59 hereof.
