§ 76-59. Arbitration.
Matters which are expressly made arbitrable under provisions of this article shall be determined by a panel of three arbitrators. One arbitrator shall be appointed by the county, one by the Grantee, and the third by the presiding Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. The fees of the arbitrators shall be fixed by the presiding judge. The expenses of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrators, shall be borne by the parties in any manner as the arbitrators may provide in their award, but in no event shall the county be obligated for more than one-half of the expenses. The determination of a majority of the arbitrators shall be binding on the parties.
