§ 6-204. Notice and hearing.
No license will be denied, revoked, suspended, or not renewed without providing notice and an opportunity for a hearing. The Fulton County Police Department will notify applicant/licensee of its intent to recommend denial, revocation, suspension or non-renewal of a license. Any applicant/licensee aggrieved by such notice of intent may request a hearing within ten days of the date of the notice. Notice must be in writing to the Police Department. Such hearing will be before the hearing officer upon a prior ten-day written notice to the applicant/licensee of the time, place, and purpose of such hearing and a statement of the due cause upon which such hearing shall be held.
