§ 154-462. County government policy towards prejudicial acts.

It is the policy of Fulton County government to safeguard the rights of all employees as set forth by federal and state laws and Fulton County Personnel Regulations irrespective of their race, color, religion, ethnic background, citizenship, national origin, gender, age, disability and sexual orientation. Any acts or threats of violence, property, damage, harassment, intimidation or other acts designed to infringe upon these rights are viewed very seriously by Fulton County and will be given high priority. Fulton County government will use every necessary resource rapidly and decisively to identify the perpetrators and take immediate steps to prevent further acts.
