§ 154-417. General employees' pension fund; applicability.

Except where in express conflict with the provisions of this division, the provisions of the law creating the employees' pension fund (1939 Ga. Laws, page 571, as amended) are hereby incorporated herein by reference. It is the intent of this section to provide that the general employees' pension fund and the public safety employees' pension fund shall (as nearly as practicable) be operated under the same provisions of law and rules and regulations.
