§ 154-257. Nondiscriminatory discretion.

Whenever it is provided in the plan and trust, directly or by implication, that the employer, the board of trustees, or any other person or entity concerned with the administration of the plan and trust shall exercise discretion in the making of any decision, such discretion shall be exercised in a nondiscriminatory manner.
