§ 154-271. Subtrust.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the plan and trust, the benefits payable under this subdivision IX shall be paid from the assets of a subtrust established under the existing trust, provided that such subtrust shall be maintained solely for the purpose of providing benefits under the supplemental benefit arrangement. The assets of the trust (other than the subtrust) shall not be used to pay benefits under this subdivision IX.
