§ 154-269. Benefits.

If a participant's annual retirement benefit under the plan is reduced as a result of the limitations in section 415 of the code, such participant shall receive an amount from the supplemental benefit arrangement equal to the difference between (i) the amount that would have been payable under the terms of the plan without application of the limitations in section 415 of the code and (ii) the amount payable under the terms of the plan determined with the application of the limitations in section 415 of the code.
