§ 118-71. Effect of division provisions on development authority of county.

Nothing herein shall affect the Development Authority of Fulton County, which has heretofore been created by this board or any other public corporation, industrial development, or other authority previously created by legislative act or constitutional amendment including, without limitation, its existence, purpose, organizational powers, or functions.
