§ 118-48. Purpose as advisory committee; authority and function.

The members of the Fulton County Development Authority, as the same is constituted from time to time, are hereby designated as an advisory committee for the purpose of making studies and recommendations for the future development, use, and sale of county owned property and are hereby further granted the authority, with the advice and approval of the Board of Commissioners of Fulton County, to negotiate and consummate private sales of county owned property.
