§ 114-37. Organization and functions.

The county manager is hereby authorized and directed to:

(1)

Provide policy guidance to the director in the administration of the emergency management program;

(2)

Assist in providing effective mobilization of all private and public resources of the county in time of emergency;

(3)

Prepare and recommend for approval by the Fulton County Commission all resolutions, regulations, and ordinances necessary or convenient to implement the emergency management program;

(4)

Review emergency management plans prepared by the department; and

(5)

Approve the annual operating budget request of the department and approve other special emergency management services fund requests.
