§ 114-33. Atlanta-Fulton County Emergency Management Agency designated as county department of emergency management services.

The Atlanta-Fulton County Emergency Management Agency is hereby designated as the Fulton County Department of Emergency Management Services, to coordinate the planning and execution of all emergency management functions for Fulton County in accordance with the Georgia Emergency Management Act of 1981 (O.C.G.A. § 38-3-1 et seq.), as heretofore and hereafter amended from time to time.
