§ 110-33. Quarterly meetings; reports; selection of officers; adoption of rules.

The advisory committee shall meet quarterly, commencing April 1, 1990, and/or more frequently if the members of the advisory committee so determine. The advisory committee shall submit written reports to the board of commissioners after each meeting. The advisory committee shall be authorized to select officers from its members, and otherwise adopt rules for the conduct of its business.
