§ 110-31. Established; composition; membership; functions.

An advisory committee on cable TV service is hereby established. This advisory committee shall be composed of seven residents and the clerk of commissioners of Fulton County. Each member of the board of commissioners shall be entitled to select a member who shall serve on the committee for a one-year term. The committee shall be authorized to make recommendations to the board of commissioners as to matters of ongoing concern affecting the quality and extent of cable TV service in Fulton County, and shall further be authorized to review and make recommendations to the board of commissioners regarding citizens' complaints.
