§ 106-81. Appeals to board.

  • (a)

    Whenever any person shall be dissatisfied with any ruling, decision, or order of the director of the department of inspections and permits, such person may make a written request to the chairman of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning advisory board for a hearing thereon. The board shall thereupon call a meeting of its members to hear and investigate any and all complaints. After a full and complete hearing on all questions in controversy, the advisory board shall render its opinion concurring in, or recommending any changes in, the order, ruling, or decision of the director of the department of inspections and permits as it may deem fit or proper under the circumstances.

    (b)

    Each action of the board shall be by resolution, copies of which shall be certified to the director of the department of inspections and permits and to the complaining party or parties.

    (c)

    Any person dissatisfied with a ruling of the advisory board, on appeal, may appeal directly to the Board of Commissioners of Fulton County who shall make the final decision on such questions.
