§ 106-79. Powers; quorum; duties.

The powers of the board are expressly limited to advisory powers only. The majority of members of the board shall constitute a quorum and shall be authorized and empowered to transact any and all business which may properly come before said board. The board shall aid, assist, and counsel the director of the department of inspections and permits of Fulton County in the adopting of rules, regulations, and codes pertaining to the administration of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning installation and construction in Fulton County, Georgia.
