§ 106-40. Meetings.

  • (a)

    The advisory board shall meet upon the call of the chairman, or any two members of the board, for the purpose of considering and advising the director of the department of inspections and permits upon any matter where their advice and counsel is requested by him, and for the transaction of any other business properly coming before the advisory board.

    (b)

    The director of the department of inspections and permits shall act as secretary to the advisory board, or shall appoint someone from his department to act as secretary of said board, and minutes shall be taken of all matters, acts, and recommendations of the advisory board.
