§ 106-5. Same—Violations.

Whenever construction requiring a building, electrical, plumbing, or heating permit is begun before a permit is obtained, the fees for the permit shall be increased 50 percent. This increase shall be not less than $10.00, nor more than $100.00 on each construction project. The increased permit fee as well as the regular permit fee shall be paid before any permit is issued.
