§ 102-464. Employee disclosure requirements.

  • (a)

    Disclosure. Any employee that serves on a vendor selection committee or a designated advisor to the vendor selection committee for a competitive sealed proposal shall complete a confidentiality agreement and disclosure report and disclose whether the employee or any member of the employee's immediate family has a business or financial interest pertaining to the procurement.

    (b)

    Violation. Violation of the confidentiality agreement and disclosure report shall result in removal of the employee from the vendor selection committee or as designated advisor to the vendor selection committee and may result in the cancellation of the solicitation.
