§ 102-186. Inspections of facilities.

  • It shall be the duty of the chaplain to visit and observe the correctional and rehabilitation institutions and jail of Fulton County, excluding those institutions set apart for youthful offenders, and to consult the inmates thereof and from time to time to suggest and recommend to the county commissioners and to the Warden of Fulton County and to the chief jailer such changes in methods of operation, discipline, diet, privileges, and programs as he may deem advisable, necessary, and beneficial to the inmates and to the officials in charge of such institutions.
