§ 102-183. Religious services.

It shall be the duty of the chaplain to plan and administer a program of nonsectarian religious services at all correctional and rehabilitation institutions of Fulton County, Fulton County Jail, and other places prisoners are confined in Fulton County, with the exception of the juvenile detention department, and through his personal efforts, with the cooperation of chaplains on contract and such volunteers as he may enlist and appoint, to provide opportunities for divine worship to all such inmates.
