§ 102-149. Quarterly status report.

The county attorney shall develop and submit a quarterly status report of all actions brought against county employees or elected officials in their individual capacity where the employee or elected official is being represented by the office of the county attorney. The status report shall be presented to the board of commissioners in executive session at their regular meeting on the second Wednesday of the month at the end of each quarter.
