§ 102-41. Adoption of Georgia Records Act.

The Board of Commissioners of Fulton County does hereby adopt the Georgia Records Act (O.C.G.A. § 50-18-90 et seq.) and the rules and regulations established pursuant to said act as a basis for establishing a county records management program.
