Latest version.
  • At the hearing provided for herein it shall be in order for any person by himself, agent or attorney, whose property and interests are affected, to present such evidence in objecting to such sewer laying as may be relevant to the question involved. The board of commissioners, or other county authority, shall at such meeting or any adjourned meeting take such action as to them seems best. If the board of commissioners, or other county authority, decide in favor of such construction of said sewer, such action shall be construed as a public necessity for the construction thereof, and of all matters necessary to the construction of the same, and the assessment of the costs thereof against the abutting property and the owners thereof.
