§ 62-73. Preservation of improvements; authority of board of commissioners.

  • For the preservation of all such improvements, the said board shall have the authority to direct and control the time and manner in which connections shall be made with such improvements, and by whom the work is to be done, and upon what terms and conditions, and at what point and to what extent such connections shall be made; and generally all matters relating to the use and control and repairs of such improvements and the replacing of paving and other adjacent structures in good condition shall be at all times under the regulation and control of said board, in their fair and legal discretion.
