§ 58-226. Apportionment of tax payments.

Latest version.

All payments or partial payments of taxes, or installments thereof, shall be apportioned by the tax collector or tax commissioner of Fulton County among the State of Georgia, Fulton County, Fulton County School Districts, and the City of Atlanta in the same proportions that the taxes due each shall bear to the whole tax bill.
