§ 2-461. Venue of actions; jurisdiction.

Latest version.

Any action to protect or enforce any rights under the provisions of this division brought in the courts of the State of Georgia, shall be brought in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, and any action pertaining to validation of the bonds issued under the provisions of this division shall be brought in said court which shall have exclusive, original jurisdiction of such action.
