§ 22-76. Authorized to perform functions of coroner.

The Medical Examiner of Fulton County shall be authorized to perform all of the functions prescribed for a coroner under the provisions of the "Georgia Post-Mortem Examination Act," approved March 11, 1953, (1953 Ga. Laws (Jan.-Feb. Sess.), page 602), as amended, [see now O.C.G.A. § 45-16-20 et seq.] except that sections 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of said act shall be inapplicable.
