§ 22-71. Authority of general assembly to abolish office of coroner and establish office of medical examiner.
Latest version.
The general assembly may abolish the office of Coroner of Fulton County, may create the office of Medical Examiner of Fulton County, prescribing the powers, duties and functions of such office all without respect to uniformity.
