§ 10-274. Chief deputy marshal; duties; compensation.

  • The chief deputy marshal shall also serve as chief assistant and administrative officer to the Marshal of the Civil Court of Fulton County and, as such, shall aid the marshal in expediting the transaction of business of the office of marshal in such manner as the marshal and the judges of the said court may direct, and shall receive as compensation for such service a salary to be set by the county commission.
