§ 10-186. Solicitor general and assistant solicitors general; jurisdiction, powers and authority; qualifications, selection, salary and terms.

  • At the time of the creation of this court the solicitor general and assistant solicitors general of the Criminal Court of Fulton County shall become the solicitor general and assistant solicitors general of the State Court of Fulton County, and shall exercise the same jurisdiction, power and authority as was formerly reposed in them as the solicitor general and assistant solicitors general of the Criminal Court of Fulton County. The qualifications, method of election or selection, salary, and terms of the solicitor general and the assistant solicitors general of the State Court of Fulton County shall be the same as provided for the solicitor general and assistant solicitors general of the Criminal Court of Fulton County at the time of the creation of this court.
