§ 10-116. Contingency fund for incidental and emergency expenses.

The Board of Commissioners of Fulton County shall have and are hereby given authority to provide [the] district attorney a contingent fund for incidental and emergency expenses, the same to be paid out of the general funds of said county and as a part of the operating expenses of the superior court. The district attorney shall furnish said commissioners accurate vouchers therefor.
