§ 82-72. Charges for terminating water service.

Whenever it is necessary for the county to terminate water service because of nonpayment of a bill, the department of finance is authorized to charge fines as may be established from time to time by the board of commissioners. All charges incurred must be fully paid before water service is restored unless Fulton County waives such charges or authorizes partial payment.
